Academic Performance: Texas Education Agency Accountability Rating
Teravista Elementary earned an overall B (87) in the Texas Education Agency’s 2025-26 accountability ratings. That is a step down from the campus’s A (91) in 2024-25. Over the past four rating years Teravista has moved between a high B and a low A: A (91) in 2022-23, B (89) in 2023-24, A (91) in 2024-25, and B (87) in 2025-26.

- School Progress: B (85), student growth compared to schools serving similar populations
- Closing the Gaps: B (83)
- Attendance Rate: 95.2% (TEA)
For context, under TEA’s scale, an A rating reflects exemplary performance, B is recognized performance, C is acceptable, D needs improvement, and F is unacceptable. Round Rock ISD as a whole also received a B for 2025-26.

Programs at Teravista Elementary

Teravista Elementary Attendance Zone Map
The map above shows where the Teravista Elementary campus building sits. To confirm whether a specific home address is zoned to Teravista, use Round Rock ISD’s official school boundary map: Round Rock ISD School Boundaries and Maps.
Two things are worth knowing about this zone. First, the Teravista neighborhood itself straddles two school districts: the Round Rock ISD sections are zoned to Teravista Elementary, while other sections fall in Georgetown ISD. Second, Round Rock ISD does redraw these lines. For the 2020-21 school year, the district moved about 115 students from Chandler Creek out of Teravista to Double File Trail Elementary to relieve overcrowding, and moved about 60 students from the Herrington Elementary zone into Teravista. Before writing an offer on a specific address, confirm its assigned school directly with Round Rock ISD or through the district’s official boundary map linked above.
