The Edgewaters is a small community built along Gilleland Creek in Pflugerville. KB Homes began construction in 2016 and the final homes were complete in early 2019. Floor plans range from 1,600 – 3,000 sqft and sit on fairly compact lots, making it ideal for someone looking for something new, but doesn’t want a huge yard to maintain. Inside you’ll find granite or stone counters, stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring and open floor plans. Like most KB Homes neighborhoods, the community is all electric, so you’ll find either induction ranges or cooktops. Residents do enjoy access to an on-site community park and are within a few minutes drive from Lake Pflugerville where you can fish, swim and jog.
