Located at the end of Big View Drive along the banks of Lake Austin, Watersedge at River Place is one of Lake Austin’s premier, luxury waterfront communities. Built in the late 2000s to mid 2010s, homes have a more modern lean architecturally and have the floor plans and finishes today’s luxury buyers are looking for. Lots are also large, from one to just over two acres, so you won’t be right on top of your neighbor when you’re outside sitting on your dock. Watersedge at River Place homes vary in architectural style, with a lot of Tuscan and Santa Barbara influences. The most recent builds have a lot of Texas Hill Country modern influences with metal roofs, stucco exteriors, black windows and doors and sleek lines. Though the majority of homes sit on the Lake Austin waterfront side, there are some on the northwest side of the street that back to a hillside, making it a great option for someone who wants luxury near the lake, but doesn’t need to be on the lake.
