Chaparral Park is an established Manchaca neighborhood located off Bliss Spillar Road. Built primarily in the 1970s and 1980s, Chaparral Park homes sit on spacious, but manageable ½ – 1ish acre lots. You will find some lots that are closer to 3-4 acres, however. Homes range in size from a small, 1,200sqft single story to a 3,500sqft two story home and have varying architectural styles depending on when they were built. Inside, you’ll find a Texas Hill Country theme in a lot of the homes that have been redone and you’ll still find homes in original condition as well. And, with no HOA, you’ll have some flexibility in how you use your property.
