Located on one of the fingers that extends into Lake Travis, Arrowhead Point is one of Leander’s best kept secrets. Most think waterfront homes are only in Spicewood and Lakeway, but Leander does have some Lake Travis waterfront homes as well and Arrowhead Point is one of the neighborhoods where you’ll find it. Waterfront homes are found on Arrowhead Drive, which makes a loop around the neighborhood. Generally the waterfront lots are long and skinny, so you won’t get a ton of space between homes, but you will get some space between the water and your house. Homes on the lake side of the street sit below the street. Homes on the opposite side of the street sit on more rectangular shaped lots, so you will get some distance from your neighbor. You’ll also be sitting a little higher above the street, so your yard will have some slope on this side as well. Driving through the neighborhood you will get a rural feel with no sidewalks, more narrow streets and some gravel driveways. Trees are dense on most of the lots, so you might not see too much of the houses from the street. There is no HOA in Arrowhead Point, so residents don’t have to worry about a ton of extra oversight.
