Once part of the Bost Family property, this area was alive with wildflowers and honey production, reflecting Georgetown’s agricultural heritage and the developer (Hillwood Communities, developer of popular Wolf Ranch) wanted to honor this legacy by weaving the land’s story into the community’s design and branding. Melina’s first phase will feature a partnership with Highland Homes, a builder known for quality craftsmanship and innovative designs. The initial phase will include approximately 440 homesites, with construction set to begin in late 2025 and the first homes available by spring 2027. Amenities will include open space, scenic walking trails, three picturesque lakes, a central amenity complex with a resort style pool, covered pavilion, playscape and pickleball court. Homes will be priced from the $400k’s – $600k’s when introduced to the market, making them a more affordable option for a community of this caliber.
