Wildwood at Caliterra is a unique blend of gated luxury custom homes and master planned community amenities. The neighborhood consists of just 18 homes within a gated enclave of Dripping Springs’ hugely popular Caliterra neighborhood. The first homes were completed in 2016, while the last were completed around 2019, making them some of the newer luxury homes in the area. Homes sit on 1/2-3/4 acre lots, so they have space, but are not unmanageable. Custom builders in Wildwood at Caliterra were local and included Sterling Custom Homes, Sommerfeld Construction, Lake Travis Builders, Arbogast Custom Homes and Alkire Construction. Homes are on the larger side, with most of them between 3,800-5,200 square feet. Architecturally, you can expect different styles, though many of them have a modern lean to them with bronze/black windows, large sliders, slanted roofs and clean lines. Inside, you can expect a range of luxury amenities and styles with gourmet kitchens, high ceilings, covered outdoor living spaces, open floor plans and luxury owner’s suites.
