Built in the late 1990s through early 2000s, homes are new enough to have semi-open floor plans and spacious layouts but old enough to have mature trees and landscaping. Homes are also a bit more set back from the street, so they have a substantial presence. You’ll find a mix of one and two story homes with 2 car garages and a rare 3 car garage here and there.
