The neighborhood is made up of four streets and backs on one side to agricultural land and the other backs to Hays Country Oaks. Lots in Country Estates range from 0.43 to 1.38 acres, with the median lot size at 0.47 acres. Country Estates is one of the earliest developments in the area with some of the homes being built in the early 1960s when the area was not very developed so the neighborhood more lived up to the Country Estates name. Lots are wooded, so you can expect a lot of privacy and shade. And, with homes built over five decades, there is no standard architectural style. Every home is different, which is appealing to most that move to Country Estates.
