Your First Trip to AustinEven though we’d been here a few times before, we wanted to make another trip to make sure Austin was really the place for us. We spent hours driving around, looking at each of the areas and asking ourselves, can we live here? When we came, we didn’t have any neighborhood maps showing us where some of the neighborhoods were. Instead, we just fumbled around with a GPS, an Austin map and what we scribbled down as the boundaries for each area. To help you make the most of your first visit to Austin, we include a map with each of our neighborhood guides that has the boundaries shaded. For the larger neighborhoods and popular zip codes, we’ve even created Printable Maps and Neighborhood Guides that you can print and bring with you on your trip. You can download those FREE by looking for the link above the map in the neighborhood guide. Explore Austin Like a ResidentNeed help exploring Austin for the first time?
