In October 2022, the city announced it had approved plans for a 98 acre tract to be developed by Lennar Homes at the southwest corner of Cameron Road and Jesse Bohls Drive in east Pflugerville. At buildout, the neighborhood will have 375 homes, all built by Lennar Homes. The neighborhood has both alley access and front access homes and will include 25 acres of park and open space. Amenities will be unique and include trails, a lake, amenity center with community pool, open play area, laundry center and kitchen. Prices are expected to start in the mid $300k’s.
