Technically part of the Churchill Farms HOA, Stonehedge is the section between Churchill Farms Park and Belmont Drive. Stonehedge was built in the mid 1990s to early 2000s by Bill Palmer Homes, Brighten Homes, Legend Homes, Ryland and Scott Felder. Homes are on the larger side, ranging from 1,786-3,544 sqft. Lots are large too, with most being 1/5-1/4 acres. Given the neighborhood is a few decades old, you will have mature trees, which gives it a warm and homey feel. Stonehedge homes are also at an affordable price range, so it does attract both owner occupants looking to minimize their housing costs as well as investors.
