Beltorre is a small, 106 acre community of 86 homes on 1-1.5 acre lots in Georgetown. The main builder was Clear Rock Homes. Built in the 2010’s, Beltorre homes have open floorplans, covered patios, exposed cedar beams, large center islands and gourmet kitchens. Some of the its lots have several mature trees and other lots are more wide open, perfect for adding a pool if there isn’t already one. Built right next to 3405, some of the homes back to 3405, so you will get some traffic noise. But, you won’t have neighbors looking in on you. Membership in the Beltorre Property Owner’s Association is mandatory, so there is some oversight on architectural guidelines and building. The HOA does not maintain any traditional amenities, so they are more for taking care of common areas and ensuring homes are kept up well. Located on the northwest side of Georgetown, residents more associate with Leander and Liberty Hill as those cities are closer to the neighborhood. And, with the new grocery store being built in Leander, Beltorre residents won’t have to travel long for groceries. Combine that with a low tax rate (below 2%) and it’s no wonder buyers choose Beltorre when they can. But, as there are only 86 homes, buyers don’t get that choice too often. If you’re looking for space between your neighbors, a low tax rate and a top rated school district, Beltorre is a great place to start your search.
