Once completed the community will have only 234 single family homes as well 5 separate tracts designated for commercial. The neighborhood sits on a bluff and looks out across the Texas Hill Country. Surrounded by green space, over 150 of the lots are green belt lots. The community has an amenity center with a pool, bath house and a wading pool for the kids. Ledge Stone has become a popular option for buyers not wanting to live in the larger master planned community of Belterra.
