Why Did Seaholm Residences Sell Out So Quickly?
What drove the demand for the Seaholm Residences, is the unmatched location of the complex. The entire Seaholm project is located on the banks of Lady Bird Lake giving residents easy access to the Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trails, The Lance Armstrong Bikeway, the Shoal Creek Greenbelt, the Pfluger Pedestrian Bridge and the entertainment/shopping districts of Downtown Austin. The Seaholm District was designed to be a central hub for downtown offering a multi-modal transportation system.
