Hunters Glenn Neighborhood Guide

Hunters Glenn is a small neighborhood of in the prestigious Cedar Park High School district. Built in the mid-late 1990s, Hunters Glenn is established enough to create mature landscaping, but still new enough to have floor plans that today’s buyers are looking for. Outside, you can expect stone and brick exteriors with composition roofs, a style that was very typical of homes built in this time period. When Hunters Glenn homes were built, they were finished with basic materials (linoleum, carpet). Today, many homeowners have improved the interiors to include stainless steel appliances, tile, hardwood floors and granite counters. We are seeing improvements more now as the market takes off. The neighborhood does not have an HOA, so residents have a little more freedom on how they use their property. Despite there being no HOA to police the neighborhood, homes are very well kept and have great curb appeal, which is a testament to how much people like living in Hunters Glenn. If you’re looking for an established community in a great location just off Lakeline and 183, Hunters Glenn is a great place to start your search.
