Heritage Park Neighborhood Guide

Heritage Park is one of Cedar Park’s northernmost and most affordable neighborhoods in terms of size of house you get for the money. Built by Pulte Homes, Wilshire Homes and Lennar Homes in the early-mid 2000s, Heritage Park homes are new enough to have all the finishes today’s buyers are looking for but not so new that the neighborhood looks sterile. You’ll also find open floorplans, both single and two story homes, many of which have upgraded their flooring to include all hard woods or faux hard woods. Heritage Park residents also enjoy access to a community pool, park and playground, so it is perfect for entertaining kids. Scroll Down to Read our Heritage Park Neighborhood Guide.
