Where is Cedar Park?

Cedar Park is located 21 miles north of Downtown Austin. Although Cedar Park is it’s own city, it is considered a North Austin Suburb. Cedar Park is close to several other fast growing Texas cities – 5 miles south of Leander and 12 miles west of Round Rock. This is the first golf course designed by Fred Couples. The course is private, 7,033 yards and a par 72 course. The Crystal Falls Golf Course is located in the city of Leander, which is only 5 miles from Cedar Park and has quickly become one of Central Texas’ favorites. The 18 hole course is a short course compared to other Central Texas courses but provides a a challenge for every skill level.

The Convention Center is also the place to see concerts, festivals and even catch the rodeo. If you’re looking for something a little different, take an old time train ride through the Texas Hill Country on the Austin Steam Train.
