West Rim is a small neighborhood of 96 homes built in the 1980s. Residents get access to the private, Lake Austin waterfront park, which is a big hit. Homes are large (4,000-7,000+ sqft) and sit on large, estate sized (1-3.5 acre) lots. Many of them have spectacular Lake Austin or Hill Country views and beautifully landscaped outdoor living spaces.
