Built in the mid 2000s, The Preserve at Lost Gold Cave is a small neighborhood of about 16 homes off 360 and Stoneridge Rd. Most of the homes sit on Cueva de Oro Cove, which is a cul de sac off Stoneridge Road. Lots range from 1-4 acres, with most of them at 1 acre. Homes range from 5,850-8,718 square feet, so there is room for gyms, offices, libraries, wine rooms and just about anything else you want to set up inside your home. The mid 2000s had a lot of heavy wood interiors, cedar beams, browns and beige tones, stone floors and granite counters and the Preserve at Lost Gold Cave is no different. Though few homes have been updated with more clean lines and modern finishes, most of them have the archways, chandeliers and tile roofs you’d see then. That being said, homes in the Preserve at Lost Gold Cave are luxurious with high end finishes, beautiful outdoor living spaces and gourmet kitchens. Many of them even have a spectacular view of the downtown Austin skyline.
