Sendera is a mid-size community of about 800 homes conveniently located at Slaughter and MoPac near the new restaurants, retail, and Alamo Drafthouse off Slaughter. Sendera residents enjoy a large community clubhouse with pool, playground and picnic area for only about $33/month in the mandatory HOA dues. Most of the homes were built in the late 1990s and early 2000s by Milburn Homes who was later purchased by DR Horton.
