Circle C Ranch Neighborhood Guide

Circle C Ranch is the original Circle C neighborhood. What is now an expansive, master-planned community started with a small section built in 1988. Over the next 20 years, Circle C Ranch has continued to grow and now is the largest neighborhood in all of the Circle C development. With the last homes built in 2008, Circle C Ranch has had its fair share of builders over the last 20 years, which has led to a more diverse look than most Circle C neighborhoods. Grey Rock Golf Course is the closest Golf Course to Circle C Ranch. It is one of the most poplar public golf courses in Austin because of the reasonable green fees and the challenging fairways. Grey Rock is also know for its spectacular views as the fairways are lined with gorgeous live oaks.

Grocery Shopping Near Circle C Ranch

When the Ranch at Circle C was first developed in 1988, grocery stores were few and far between in South Austin. Today the Circle C residents have the new HEB of the Escarpment Village located within the Circle C Community. There is also plenty of shopping within a 5 miles radius of the neighborhood at Costco, Randalls and Walmart at Sunset Valley.

Things to Do Near Circle C Ranch

People are drawn to the Circle C community because of it’s amenities. The Circle C Swim Center is one of the best recreation areas in Austin. It features one of Austins only Olympic sized heated pools which allows the pool to be open all year long. For tennis lovers the Circle C Tennis facility offers 8 state of the art plexi cushioned courts. There is also the 545 acre Slaughter Creek Metropolitan Park which offers hike and bike trails, soccer and basketball facilities and numerous picnic tables. The park also connects to Southwest Austin’s only paved trail designed specifically for biking and roller blading at the Veloway.

Places to Eat Near Circle C Ranch

There are plenty of great places to eat in and around the Circle C area. The Escarpment Village has numerous casual seat down restaurants such as the Waterloo Ice House, Satellite Bistro and Bar and the Cypress Grill. If your looking for a quick bite, stop in at Which Wich or Taco Bueno at the Shops of Slaughter Creek. Need Coffee? Starbucks is located right inside the Circle C Community with several other coffee shops within a 5 mile radius.
