Located north and south of E Old Settlers Road and to the east and west of Sunrise Road, Settlement is one of Round Rock’s value neighborhoods. Homes sit on 0.15 acre lots, so there is not too much yard maintenance to do. Built in the mid 1980s to early 2000s, Settlement is one of the more established communities in Round Rock and homes range in size from 939-2,898 sqft. Certain sections of Settlement have a mandatory HOA, but dues are low at under $200/year as of July 2022. The north section of Settlement wraps around a pond, giving some of the houses pretty views. Plus, there is a trail around the pond that is very pretty and definitely put to good use by residents during the cooler months. Inside you’ll find some homes have been updated and others are in more original condition, giving buyers who are looking for a more affordable home options.
