Morningside Meadows is a small neighborhood of 270 homes in west Round Rock just off Gattis School Road near 45. Built by KB Homes and Reytex Homes from 1996-2006, homes are on the larger side ranging from 1,700-5,600 sq ft. Homes sit on a minimum 1/3 acre lot and some are as large as 1 acre, making them an even better value for home buyers looking for more space between each house. There are no sidewalks in Morningside Meadows, giving it more of a rural feel. There are mature trees that line the street, but they do sit back from the road, so you will have space to walk even with no sidewalks. There is an HOA in Morningside Meadows, but dues are minimal, making it a great option for someone who wants a little structure, but doesn’t need the amenities or extreme oversight. If you’re looking for more space and want a little more flexibility to do what you want with your home and don’t want to be so far outside of town, it’s inconvenient, Morningside Meadows is a great place to start your search.
