Located south of Sam Bass Road, Creekbend is a unique neighborhood of homes built in the mid 1980s. You’ll notice a different architectural style in Creekbend, with many of the homes featuring angled roofs giving them more of a triangular look than rectangular. You’re seeing this architectural style come back today in the more trendy neighborhoods, but in Creekbend you can have mature landscaping, larger lots and easier access to Round Rock and 35. Creekbend homes range in size from 1,394-2,825 square feet with a median size of 1,759 square feet and 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. Creekbend lots range in size from 0.1-0.4 acres, with the median lot size at 0.187 acres. There is no mandatory HOA in Creekbend, so home owners have some flexibility in how they use their properties. And, despite there being no governing body to police homeowners, homes are pretty well kept.
