One of Round Rock’s larger neighborhoods, Chisholm Valley is known for its accessible location and affordable pricing. Homes were built in the 1970s and 1980s, so you’ll definitely get the layouts that were typical of that timeframe. Outside you’ll see lighter brick and stone with composition roofs and the majority of the homes are single story. Chisholm Valley homes are also on the smaller side, with most of the between 1,200-1,800 sqft. Combine this with larger than average lots at around 0.20 acres, and you’ll get more space between you and the neighbor next door. Not all streets have sidewalks on both sides, but the streets are wide, so you’ll still be able to take your dog or yourself for a walk without having to deal with too many cars.
