Bent Tree is a well kept, established neighborhood in Round Rock. Homes were built in the late 1990s and early 2000s, so trees have had a chance to mature and homes still have a more modern look to them. Most of the homes have a brick or stone facade and sit on manageable size, 0.15-0.2 acre lots. Inside, many of them have had total cosmetic makeovers and some are still in original condition. Homes have great curb appeal with landscaped yards that are very well maintained. Bent Tree residents enjoy access to a community pool with park and playground all while keeping HOA dues at about $45/month (November 2022). And, with highly rated schools, Bent Tree is a great, overall affordable neighborhood and the go to spot for someone looking for a great school district but doesn’t want to break the bank.
