Built along both sides of Creekside Park in Pflugerville, Settlers Ridge is one of Pflugerville’s more picturesque, established neighborhoods. Creekside Park features acres of open space and a playground and is a city of Pflugerville maintained park, so Settlers Ridge residents can get the benefits of easy accessibility and none of the costs through the HOA. Homes were built from the mid 1980s to late 1990s and sit on large, 0.2-0.4 acre lots, giving residents a feeling of space compared to other newer neighborhoods. Homes were built by a number of Austin’s more popular builders including Highland Homes, Legacy Homes, Centex Homes and Milburn (now DR Horton) Homes making it one of the oldest planned Pflugerville communities built by builders we still see today.
