Built from the mid 1980s to the late 1990s, Saxony is one of Pflugerville’s established neighborhoods. Located off 685 just west of 130, Saxony is an easy commute for someone looking to utilize 130 more than 35. The majority of lots are 0.18-0.28 acres, with a few odd shaped lots slightly bigger. Since lots are on the larger side, you do get a sense of more space between neighbors than you do in other neighborhoods. Trees are mature, so it gives your eye something to look at other than each house, which is a big draw for residents. Homes are mostly brick with some stone mixed in and two stories typically have some siding as well. Floor plans range in size from 1,552-3,488 sqft, so it gives a range of options for every type of buyer.
