A small gated section of North Lakeway Village, Lakeside at North Lakeway is perfect for you if you like the North Lakeway Village location, but want something a little more secure. Built by some of the same builders as North Lakeway Village, CatAtlanta and Ryland Homes, Lakeside at North Lakeway homes are similar in many ways. They sit on larger than average lots, averaging about 1/3 of an acre, so you aren’t right on top of your neighbor. That being said, homes are on the larger side, so they do take up quite a bit of the footprint of the lot. If you’re not a fan of yard work, this should be welcome news as you won’t have as much yard to maintain. Many of the homes have three car garages, 4-5 bedrooms and 3-4 bathrooms and were built in the mid 2010s.
