One of Hutto’s larger neighborhoods, Riverwalk homes were first built in the mid 2000s and build out occurred in 2021. DR Horton Homes finished out building and previous builders included Continental Homes and Centex Homes. Lots range in size from 0.13-0.35 acres and homes range in size from 1,295-2,999 sqft giving options for someone in every stage of life. Homes have brick or stone front exteriors and HardiPlank siding on the side exterior. Trees are more mature in the older section, while the newer section has brand new trees. Both sides of the streets have sidewalks, making going for a walk convenient. Neighborhood amenities include a community pool, park, and hike and bike trail and the HOA fees are minimal at $35/month as of August 2022.
