Nestled off to the north and south of N Lake Road, Hawes Ranch is a neighborhood of custom homes that sit on 5-6 acres. The majority of the homes were built in the 1990s and 2000s by local custom builders, so none of them are the same. Lots are usually more long and skinny, so you won’t have total privacy from your neighbor, a feature that attracts residents wanting space but not seclusion. The terrain resembles what you think of when you think of a traditional Texas ranch. Mostly flat, open space with a few trees here sprinkled throughout the property, giving ample space for a pool. Being as though homes are custom, there is no set size for Hawes Ranch homes, ranging from 2,200 sq ft – 5,600 sq ft. There is also no mandatory HOA, so residents have more freedom to build the structures they want to build to house their toys, tools or gym equipment.
