The Brownstone at the Summit is a development of 114 attached, single family custom urban homes built around The Summit at Rivery Park commercial development in Georgetown. Built to resemble the 19th century brownstones made popular in Chicago and New York, this community is definitely a complete 180 from most Georgetown residences.
