Cottages at Abrantes is a small, gated neighborhood at the front of the popular Abrantes neighborhood in Cedar Park. This concept is something we are starting to see more of as these luxury neighborhoods are developed. They add a small section of cottages or garden homes, to open up the community for more residents. Cottages at Abrantes is one of the only in Cedar Park, so it is certainly highly sought after. Homes have small yards, so they are perfect for someone who spends more time inside and who doesn’t want to deal with a large yard, but still needs a little space for their dog or kid to run around. Many of the condos have one car garages with a driveway with room for a second car. There is also guest parking located around the neighborhood. There are a few units that have a 2 car garage, so if you need a little more garage space, you might want to wait for one of those. There are one and two story plans that range from 1,211-1,858 square feet and have 2-4 bedrooms. Built in the mid 2010s, you can expect a more modern finish out inside with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, open floor plans and more grey and white tones.
