There’s an HEB at the intersection of Bee Cave Road and Highway 71 and a Randall’s near the intersection of R.M. 620 and Loehmans Crossing Road. Both stores are just a few minutes drive from the exit of Falconhead. HEB is usually the more popular grocery store chain among Austin residents.

Bee Cave’s Falconhead neighborhood is located near one of Central Texas’ highly rated courses Falconhead Golf Club.
