A community of condos built between Meadow Lake and E Old Settlers Blvd just west of AW Grimes, Meadows at Quick Ranch is one of the few condos that live like single family home communities in Round Rock. These 140 condos were built by Milestone in 2022 and sold out quickly as pent up demand for these types of units was high. Though they are legally condos, residents have their own fenced yard with covered back patio that they maintain, giving residents the feeling of a single family home. HOA dues are $98/month (as of 2023) which helps maintain the community park, covered pavilion, kids playscape and dog park. One and two story floor plans range from 1,546-2,534 sqft with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms.
