Built from the 1997-2001 by KB Homes, Southern Homes and Brighton Homes, Forest Bluff homes range in size from 1,400-3,800 sq ft and sit on large, 1/4-1/3 acre lots. Forest Bluff is known for it’s exceptional value – with a very low price per square foot and some of the most highly rated schools in Round Rock. Some of the homes have been remodeled and finished out with a more modern finish today’s buyers are looking for and others are in more original, late 1990s condition. The neighborhood is very well kept overall, making pride of ownership a focal point in Forest Bluff.
