Built in the mid-1970s, Egger Acres was one of the original Round Rock neighborhoods. Residents are attracted to Egger Acres because homes have character, none are cookie cutter, and lots are generous sized with most at least 1/4-1/3 or an acre and some as large as a full acre. Inside you can expect to find everything from fully remodeled, open floor plans to homes in more original condition with closed rooms and plans. The neighborhood does not have an HOA, but despite that most of the homes are fairly well kept. You will find a few here and there that could use some clean up, but more often than not, homes are well kept. Some streets do have sidewalks while others don’t. But, you’ll still see residents walking the neighborhood as traffic isn’t heavy most times of day.
