Thousand Oaks is a good sized community in Liberty Hill. Most of the homes were built in 2014 and 2015 but you do have a handful that were built before and after. And, because Thousand Oaks is located in Williamson County and Burnet County, residents can choose a home in Burnet County and have a reduced tax rate if the Liberty Hill ISD is not something they’d need to utilize.
