Santa Rita Ranch will be chock full of amenities to serve it’s residents. The Welcome Center is built to resemble a Farm House and captures the history of the land. The state of the art Ranch House in Santa Rita Ranch North is the central amenity center for all of Santa Rita Ranch. The Ranch House has numerous water features, including a 2,924 square foot Leisure and Lap Pool, 2 – 18 foot high water slides, 644 sq ft slide pool, 931 sq ft Children’s Water area, splash pads, super soaker spray area, 8,000 sq ft deck with 1,500 sq ft of shaded area and up to 5 swimming lanes available. All pool areas will be salt water. The Ranch House will also have 2 gas grills, a fire place and fire ring, 3 fountains, horseshoe and washer game areas and large playscape for kids. If you like hiking, Santa Rita Ranch has access to the 4 mile San Gabriel River Trail as well as the 26 mile Goldwater Trail. In 2016, the sports fields and family sports complex will be complete with ball fields for teams and families. And, Santa Rita Ranch will also have a 38 acre Town Center with a variety of restaurants, shopping and retail coming in 2016.
