With these builders, you get a master planned community feel, but with the lot size of 1-2.5 acres, you get more of a collection of custom estates feel. Homes range in size from 2,432-4,200 sqft and the majority of them are one and one and a half story plans, though you will find a few two stories here and there. The terrain is rolling, giving the neighborhood some dimension and character. There are no community amenities in Rancho Santa Fe, but many of the homes have their own outdoor living spaces for you to enjoy nature from your own backyard rather than loading everyone up to go to the community pool or park.
