Built over four decades (1980s-2010s), Carrington Ranch is one of Liberty Hill’s acreage lot communities. The neighborhood was laid out very cohesively, with one main road, Rock House Drive surrounded by two streets that loop around back to Rock House (Possum Trail and Dillo Trail) and one street that jets out and dead ends (Flintlock Cove). Homes were custom designed, so you have everything from a 1,500 sq ft home to a 3,500 sq ft home with all different architectural styles. You’ll see a lot of brick and stone and some stucco on the newer homes. As with most neighborhoods in Liberty Hill, some of the lots have mature trees and others are more bare, so whether you’re looking for trees or no trees, you’ll have options within Carrington Ranch.
