Previous builders included Castle Rock, DR Horton, Gehan Homes, Lennar Homes, Scott Homes and Steven Scott. Located at the northeast corner of Limmer Loop and 1660, Hutto Highlands is one of the larger Hutto neighborhoods and Highlands North recently opened with several hundred more homes planned and builders for that section include Ashton Woods and Meritage Homes. Homes range in size from 1,508-3,313 sqft and lot sizes range from 0.15-0.33 acres. The HOA fee is minimal, at least than $250/year as of August 2022 and includes a community park. There is no pool in Hutto Highlands, so it’s perfect for someone who wants an HOA to keep standards on yard maintenance but doesn’t need to pay for more amenities.
