Homes were either built by an owner who bought a lot and built a custom home or built as a spec by one of these builders: Wilde Wood Construction, Killian Custom Homes, Graves, Cockrum, Destiny Builders. Build out is now complete, so you can’t build, but you can buy one of these well designed custom homes on the resale market. Homes sit on acre plus lots and come with things today’s buyers are looking for: gourmet kitchens, stainless steel appliances, oversized pantry, high ceilings, one bathroom for every bedroom, lots of windows and hard floors.
