Reata Trails first started development in the early 1980s and development continued slowly through about the mid 2000s. With nearly a 30 year span, you’ll find all different styled homes and a variety of floorplans. The majority of the homes sit on about 1/4-1/3 of an acre, so you’ll find more space between the houses than you do with a more recently built neighborhood. There is no HOA in Reata Trails, so home owners have the freedom to do a little more with their homes. The majority of the homes are single story, but you will find a two story home from time to time. Homes also range from a more original, untouched finish out that looks dated to a tastefully done full remodel, so even if you’re looking for something newer, I wouldn’t completely rule out Reata Trails. And, with it’s convenient location at Lakeway Drive and Williams Drive, you’re only a short distance from 35, the Williams Drive H-E-B, downtown Georgetown and Wolf Ranch, so it really is an ideal location no matter where around Georgetown you need to be.
