Located off Highway 29 between Ronald Reagan and 183, Morningstar is the perfect neighborhood for someone who commutes to Northwest Austin, Cedar Park or Leander as you can avoid 35. Morningstar has a very suburban feel, but is surrounded by open space country, making it ideal for someone who wants a manageable sized lot, but doesn’t want to be in the congestion of a traditional suburb. Residents enjoy resort style amenities with access to miles of hike and bike trails, a community pool with lanes for swimming, children’s splash pad, dog park, open air pavilion, fire pit, ponds, playground, fishing pond, event lawn, disc golf course and 75 acres of parks and greenbelts. A second amenity center and pool is planned for 2021 as well as a sports park with basketball courts, zip line, rope climber and plenty of open lawn space to start your own game.
