Developed from 1999-2018, Georgetown Village was built by several different popular Austin area builders such as Ashton Woods, Bowen Family Homes, Clark Wilson Homes, David Weekley Homes, Gehan, Green Builders, KB Home, Lennar and Perry Homes. Floorplans range from 1,600-4,200 sqft, so there is a wide variation in the size of homes, making it an ideal neighborhood for just about anyone. Plus, the tax rate is low, location is convenient near Williams and Shell Road and the landscaping is mature, making it look like a more established neighborhood than it is.
