There are no houses with direct access to Lake Georgetown, so when a Georgetown neighborhood is described as “on Lake Georgetown” it usually means they have views of the lake. And, you are only 2 miles from Cedar Breaks Park, which has a boat ramp, swimming and picnic facilities, so you can be on the lake in less than 10 minutes.
