Estancia is one of Georgetown’s premier luxury estate communities with homes in the multi million dollar range. Tucked away off Highway 29, Estancia looks pretty unassuming with the traditional sign and no gate. When you drive in and see the grand estates that have been built (and you may still even see one under construction), you’ll immediately realize you’re in a luxury neighborhood. Luxury estates sit on 5+ acre tracts, so the homes are very private. The majority of them have pools and spectacular outdoor living spaces. There are only about 10 homes, so the neighborhood is very small, but that’s also part of the appeal. Homes don’t come up for sale often, which is a testament to how much home owners like living there.
