The neighborhood can be accessed from a keypad gate off Westlake Drive and consists of two cul-de-sac’s. One, Island Knoll Drive has three homes that have Lake Austin water frontage. For those that don’t have waterfront properties, they can enjoy the private neighborhood waterfront park where you can fish, paddle board or just enjoy the lake. There is also a small marina where you can have a dedicated boat slip for easy access to the lake.
